Reliable design

Key designs have gone into the making of this reliable amplifier. Flexibility in the amplifier housing accommodates slightly wider spaced prong slots on some telephones. The headset cord is positioned to the side of the amplifier rather than directly in the middle, reducing stress and repairs to the unit.
