The Mitel 8528 IP System Telephone is a low cost business IP telephone suitable for small to mid sized businesses. The Mitel 8528 comes with 16 programmable multifunction keys that have LED's and 10 fixed function keys which allow one-touch operation for the most commonly used telephony features. These programmable keys can be expanded with the addition of Mitel PKM 12 or Mitel PKM 48. Other features include a 16 character alphanumeric display, dedicated headset jack, handsfree operation and support for UCX (Unified Communicator Express) and Mitel MiCollab Client.
