How to Reset the CS70/CS70N?
For acoustic or power problems, try resetting your system.
To reset the CS70/CS70N:
1. Check the switch on the right side of the charging base. Set it to "-" and not "=."
2. Take the headset out of the charging base.
3. On the headset, simultaneously press and hold the call control button and both volume buttons for 5 seconds. When the yellow light (below the call control button) on the headset blinks, release the buttons.
4. Press and hold just the call control button again, until the yellow light blinks a second time. Release the button and set the headset aside.
5. Unplug the AC power from the bottom of the charging base for five seconds.
6. Plug the AC power back into the charging base.
