Wireless Transition Update

As our wireless transition is drawing to a close we are in the critical last few weeks of taking orders for the old CS product family. We will no longer take orders for any of the products included in the end-of-life announcement after November 30, 2011. We will only be able to fill orders of these products while supplies last.

At this point, all sales and marketing efforts should have switched over to promoting the CS500™ Series.

Product Recommendations:

• CS500 Series for users who need wireless freedom for desk phone calls
  
• For same CS55 form factor or DECT™ alternative for density concerns, recommend CS50™ (900 MHz)
• For customers who prefer an over-the-ear style, recommend CS70N™
  
• A new bundled version of the CS540™ that includes the HL10™ handset lifter has been recently added (see chart below) to offer one touch remote desk phone call control with your headset.
  

Channel Last Ship Date:    December 31, 2011 (while supplies last)

*HL10 lifter p/n is same HL10 as the Savi® products (60961-35). The old CS HL10 (60961-32) lifter is also compatible with the new CS500 series.

Models Not Going Away:

• CS50 (63120-XX) and CS50/HL10 bundle (66664-XX) and CS50-USB (67000-XX) are not covered under this EOL announcement. Those products will continue to be available.
• CS70N (70450-XX) and CS70/HL10 bundle (70460-XX) is not covered under this EOL announcement. It will continue to be available until the CS530™ launches (due in Spring 2012).
  

New Savi 430 Carrying Case

The Savi 430 now includes the same carrying case used with Savi 440. Due to the new box configuration, updated set-up information will be posted to the partner portal.
