Please read the following to determine which sub-category best suits your search:
Basic corded headsets - are corded headset components only which require a separate purchase of either direct plug-in headset adapters (aka direct connect cord) or telephone amplifiers. Consider buying these corded headsets only if replacing your existing corded headsets. The rule of thumb is to purchase matching corded headset brands.
Direct plug-in bundles - are corded headsets that have been kitted with a direct connect cord. Consider buying this bundle only if your current desk phones have RJ9 headset ports (its a port that looks like the port used for the handset receiver). If your phone has another type of headset connection, such as a 2.5mm connection, call our office for assistance at 1 (800) 583-5500.
Headset & amplifier bundles - are corded headsets that have been kitted with a telephone amplifier. Consider buying this bundle if additional audio controls are required as desk phones with built-in amplifiers have limited audio adjustments - also if your desk phone doesn't have a headset port to begin with.
